(Dec. 18, 2018) Chief Equipment Operator Daniel Romero, from Riddle, Ore., and Equipment Operator 2nd Class Raluca Dabija, from Mankato, Minn., both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. San Clemente Island, carry explosives for blasting operations. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
