181218-N-OH861-1031 SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, Calif. (Dec. 18, 2018) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. San Clemente Island, prime, load, measure, and tap blast holes during blasting operations. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
