    Members of the temporary emergency power planning and response team from the Tulsa and Walla Walla districts work together to ensure a clean turnover of the critical power mission in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Tulsa District team members are wrapping up a 45 day deployment to the three Caribbean islands that included the installation of more than 150 generators and daily service checks to more than 100 generators.
