As the contracting officer’s representative for the base operations support contract, Lt. Natalie King was directly responsible for executing the hand sanitizer and soap dispenser replacement initiative in 6,000 locations, as well as the improvements in housekeeping standards that were lauded in The Joint Commission survey. King is also the production division officer for the Base Operations Medical Installation Department. Her implementation of the “shred it” contract greatly improved patient and operations security at 300 locations.
