U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Roger Ramos, Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) Directorate of Air and Cyberspace Operations communication planner, demonstrates how to use a slide rule tool to communication personnel from the Philippine Air Force 950th Communications, Electronics and Information Systems Group during a subject matter expert exchange that is part of the Bilateral Air Contingent Exchange-Philippines (BACE-P) at Cesar Basa Air Base, Philippines, January 30, 2019. Ramos provided instruction on how to use the tool to accurately align a satellite terminal to a satellite orbiting in space. This is the seventh iteration of BACE-P established by U.S. Pacific Command and executed by Headquarters PACAF. These bilateral exchanges increase interoperability and deepen relationships between the two allied air forces. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Rachel Maxwell)
