Maintainers from the 20th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron make their way over to F-16 Fighting Falcons to perform preflight maintenance before launching the aircraft, Jan. 10, 2012, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C. Twelve F-16 aircraft and approximately 250 airmen deployed to Kunsan Air Base, South Korea, for a three-month deployment. The airmen were activated as the 55th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron.
