SANTA RITA, Guam (Feb. 15, 2019) Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133 conducted a change of charge ceremony at Camp Covington Chapel, Naval Base Guam. Seabees assigned to NMCB-1, NMCB-133, and 30th Naval Construction Regiment (NCR) gathered together for the relief in place/transfer of authority ceremony, marking the completion of battalion turnover from NMCB-1 to NMCB-133. NMCB-133 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
