SANTA RITA, Guam (Feb. 15, 2019) Lt. Cmdr. Matthew Mattivi, left, and Master Chief Utilitiesman Jennifer Read, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, place the battalion BEEP logo in front of the NMCB headquarters. Seabees assigned to NMCB-1, NMCB-133, and 30th Naval Construction Regiment (NCR) gathered together for the relief in place/transfer of authority ceremony, marking the completion of battalion turnover from NMCB-1 to NMCB-133. NMCB-133 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
