Spc. Kevin Jeff, 4th Battalion, 42nd Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, prepares directions for a medevac request Jan. 17, while completing a Warrior Leader Course situational exercise at Fort Carson, Colo. Jeff was with two squads of WLC students who were demonstrating their ability to treat combat injuries and call for medevac support. Army Reservists assigned to 7th Battalion, 158 Aviation Regiment would respond to the Soldier’s ,“9-line” with an HH-60M Black Hawk medevac aircraft.
