Col. Mark Hollahan, 2nd Marine Logistics Group commanding officer, presents Petty Officer 2nd Class Donnell Proctor, a hospital corpsman with the 2nd MLG from Baltimore, with the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for earning the title of Junior Sailor of the Year during a ceremony Jan. 20, 2012, aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C. Proctor also received an engraved knife as well as a Letter of Appreciation on behalf of the command in recognition for his yearlong efforts.
