    Kevin Jenkins, the operations manager from a local business, presents Cpl. Paul W. Vandewettering, a motor vehicle operator with the 2nd Marine Logistics Group from Kaukauna, Wis., an engraved knife to recognize his yearlong efforts that earned him the title of Non-commissioned Officer of the Year during a ceremony Jan. 20, 2012, aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C. Vandewettering also received a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal as well as a Letter of Appreciation on behalf of the command.
