S. Navy Lt. Dave Lopez, an OSU staff member, keeps time as part of the 2019 Northwest Navy Competition, March 2. More than 270 NROTC students from the Universities of Idaho/Washington State, Utah, Oregon State, and Washington competed in military drill, academic and athletic events during the one day competition.
