190302-N-IK959-8070 MOSCOW, Idaho – Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen, officer candidates and Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program (MECEP) members pace off steps before a Land Navigation event during the 2019 Northwest Navy Competition, March 2. More than 270 NROTC students from the Universities of Idaho/Washington State, Utah, Oregon State, and Washington competed in military drill, academic and athletic events during the one day competition.
