NORTH CHICAGO, Ill. (March 7, 2019) Servicemembers and civilians from the Defense Health Agency and Navy Medicine visit USS Red Rover at the Navy's Recruit Training Command during a tour of the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center and its clinics. Lovell FHCC is the first-of-its-kind, and only, federal health care center that integrates Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs medical care in a single combined mission to care for veterans, military retirees, military members and their families in Northeast Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin.
