NORTH CHICAGO, Ill. (March 7, 2019) Rear Adm. Terry Moulton, deputy surgeon general for Navy medicine, Maj. Gen. Ron Place, director of national capitol region medical directorate for the Defense Health Agency and Dr. Barclay Butler, assistant director of health care administration for DHA, visit USS Red Rover at the Navy's Recruit Training Command during a tour of the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center and its clinics. Lovell FHCC is the first-of-its-kind, and only, federal health care center that integrates Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs medical care in a single combined mission to care for veterans, military retirees, military members and their families in Northeast Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin.
