Tech. Sgt. Bronson Priebe, a crew chief with the 169th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at McEntire Joint National Guard Base, S.C., responds to a simulated aircraft mishap with a crashed F-16 fighter jet and UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter during a Crash, Damaged, Destroyed Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR) exercise on Jan. 31, 2012. TSgt. Priebe connects straps to the F-16 jet so that it may be connected to a crane and transported from the accident site. The training was important for all personnel involved due to the reality of the scenario with the base sharing both air frames.
