Naval Support Activity Bethesda Anti-Terrorism Training Team members head to NSA Bethesda North Gate after the first part of a drill March 12, 2019. The practice scenario was part of the Regional Assessment (RASS) of security and emergency services. The inspection is conducted about a year after an installation completes the Command Assessment for Readiness and Training (CART). The final step in the inspection process will be the Final Evaluation Problem (FEP), which will allow base security forces to be certified for 18 months.
