Naval Support Activity Bethesda police officer Corporal Michael Pember gives instructions to Gunner's Mate 1st Class John Barkmeyer who played a gate runner during a drill March 12, 2019. The practice scenario was part of the Regional Assessment (RASS) of security and emergency services. The inspection is conducted about a year after an installation completes the Command Assessment for Readiness and Training (CART).
