Local Iraqi reporters position Maj. Robert Kimmel, the operations officer for 1st Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, for a television interview. During its deployment, the 1st Cavalry Division brigade worked to continue developing an enduring partnership with Iraqis while simultaneously closing down three of the last U.S. bases in Iraq.
