Charlie E. Williams, director, Defense Contracting Management Agency, talks to more than one hundred contracting and contracting representative service members and Department of Defense contractors Feb. 8 during a town hall meeting and recognition event. During the meeting, Williams expressed his thankfulness to all of the contracting representatives and discussed the issues and concerns within the contracting command. Contractors write, analyze and award contracts within Third Army’s area of responsibility. With visits like these, 408th Contracting Support Brigade ensures all of Third Army’s partner nations within its AOR are knowledgeable on current contracting policies and procedures.
