This truck is being used for an improvised explosive device demonstration. The demonstration was part of a class held for soldiers to witness firsthand the effects of an IED. Army 1st Lt. Matthew B. Wharton, of the 789th Ordnance Company, who led the class said, "Seeing it in person has a more memorable punch to it." The explosion was the result of a 50-pound explosive.
