Scott Jarvis, a meteorology and oceanology (METOC) observer with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina, watches weather patterns for the air station, Feb. 15, 2019. METOC observers are tasked with producing a 24-hour weather report every six hours.
