Gas Turbine System Technician (Mechanical) 2nd Class Robert Cowan checks samples of fuel received from the Military Sealift Command fast combat support ship USNS Bridge during a replenishment at sea aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Momsen.
