Gunner's Mate 2nd Class Laura Needham gives Aviation Machinist's Mate 2nd Class Joleen Marcotte feedback on her shooting during a live-fire training exercise as part of the Auxiliary Security Force training course at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. Both Sailors are assigned to Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 138. The course is designed to train Sailors in non-security billets to fill security positions in order to augment existing security forces.
