Roy Wright, a maintenance technician with Balfour Beatty Communities Fort Carson Family Homes, is a retired senior noncommissioned officer and a Vietnam veteran, who has supported the Soldiers in military housing for more than 30 years. “When I work with him or watch him work, I really admire the way that he can keep this stuff organized,” said Jeff Karbe, Fort Carson Family Homes facilities manager and Wright’s supervisor. “You can ask him about an address, and it’ll take him awhile, but he knows exactly where it is, and he knows exactly what the locking conditions of those units are. He knows, and that’s admirable.” (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Asa Bingham)
