Roy Wright, a maintenance technician with Balfour Beatty Communities Fort Carson Family Homes, is a retired senior noncommissioned officer and a Vietnam veteran, who has supported the Soldiers in military housing for more than 30 years. “My experience working here at Fort Carson it feels like when I leave my home, I come here and say, ‘Wow.
