Lt. Col. Robert Horney, a native of Lebanon, Penn., and Command Sgt. Maj. Carlos Olvera, the command team for 2nd Battalion, 5th Infantry Regiment out of Fort Bliss, Texas receive a briefing from Capt. Len Blaylock, Bravo Company Commander, 1st Battalion, 5th Infantry on the capability and strength of a Stryker company after arriving at the Administrative and Logistics Operating Center for 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division at Kandahar Air Field. For the first time in 55 years, the 5th Infantry Regiment’s colors will be reunited since 1957, when both units were stationed in Nuremburg, Germany.
