PHILIPPINE SEA (April 18, 2019) Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88) perform Visit Board Search and Seizer (VBSS) drills on the Royal Australian Navy Adelaide-class guided-missile frigate HMAS Melbourne (FFG 05) during a cooperative deployment. Preble and Melbourne are participating in a cooperative deployment in order to improve on maritime capabilities between partners.
