CAMP TAQADDUM, Iraq (April 29, 2005) : Lieutenant Commander Seth D. Phillips, a Rabbi and Norfolk, Va., native, reads from the Haggadah, the written order of Passover, during the meal. Phillips stopped here to celebrate Passover with the Marines, Soldiers, Sailors and civilians, April 24. He visited different location in Iraq to have the Seder meal with the Jewish service members. This meal is called a Seder, from a Hebrew root word meaning (order,) referring to the specific set of information that must be discussed in a specific order. With help from the chow hall and the Rabbi, the service members were able to celebrate this part of their religion.
