NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (May 3, 2019) Master Chief Information Systems Technician Khalid Muqaddim, from Jonesville, Louisiana, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) combat systems department, receives his combination cover from Ford's Command Master Chief De’Andre Beaufort, during the Master Chief pinning ceremony at the Victory Arch monument.
