NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (May 6, 2019) Logistics Specialist Seaman Jenzel Raz, left, from Manila, Philippines, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) supply department, receives his certificate of honorable discharge from Lt. j.g. Geno Morgan, assigned to Ford's supply department, during his reenlistment ceremony in the ship's tribute room.
