NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (May 3, 2019) Master Chief Information Systems Technician Khalid Muqaddim, from Jonesville, Louisiana, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) combat systems department, receives his frocking letter from Command Master Chief De’Andre Beaufort during a master chief pinning ceremony at the Victory Arch monument.
