Sgt. 1st Class Nhiem Chau, Scout Platoon, 1st Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, conducts a convoy safety brief to his Soldiers Friday at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin Calif. Following the brief, the Sledgehammer Brigade rolled out to “The Box” for approximately two weeks of training. The Sledgehammer Brigade is the first unit in approximately 10 years to train for full spectrum operations.
