Adam Carroll, Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 3rd Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, gets his Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System checked and validated Thursday at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, Calif. All soldiers and vehicles are equipped with M.I.L.E.S. gear to better simulate force on force combat.
