FORT SHAFTER, Hawaii (June 8, 2019) -- Honolulu District Commander Lt. Col. Kathryn Sanborn's signature as it appears on the reverse of the USARPAC medallion. Also signing the medallion was U.S. Army Pacific Commander Gen. Robert Brown, U.S. Army Pacific Command Sgt. Major Benjamin Jones, former USARPAC Commander Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Francis Wiercinski, as well as current and former USACE MCF project managers and engineers. The MCF is being constructed by USACE for USARPAC consolidating USARPAC Headquarters into one facility to support Mission Command of Army or joint forces across the Asia-Pacific area of operations.
