James Ferguson, a fabricator at the 437th Operations Support Squadron, traces a stencil used to produce cuts of canvas used to reupholster headrests on the C-17 Globemaster III June 12, 2019, at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. Ferguson spent 24 years on active duty, 15 of those as a mobility Airman, and was once a flight chief of the very shop he works in now.
