    NAVAL BASE SAN DIEGO (June 21, 2019) - Vice Adm. Richard Brown, commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, speaks with Capt. Christopher Westphal, commanding officer of the amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8), during a waterfront engagement.
