The 123rd Contingency Response Group from Louisville, Ky., and 690th Rapid Port Opening Element from Fort Eustis, Va., joined to form a Joint Task Force-Port Opening at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., through March 30.
