PORTSMOUTH, Va. (July 26, 2019) – Lynn Culp presents a lei of mahalo to Thorunn Bitterman, Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society director at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, during the change of command ceremony. “Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is Sailors and Marines taking care of Sailors and Marines,” said Capt. Christopher Culp, NMCP’s commanding officer. “With Thorunn Bitterman’s appointment as the director, the organization has really renewed its support of us.” Capt. Lisa Mulligan relieved Capt.
