PORTSMOUTH, Va. (July 26, 2019) – Capt. Christopher Culp, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth’s commanding officer, presents a lei of aloha to his wife, Lynn, during the change of command ceremony on July 26. “This was never the path we thought we would take, but my gosh, I can’t imagine having done any of it without you,” Culp said. “These guys are all heroes, but you’re my hero.” Capt.
