Fuamatu, Charlie Company, 100th Battalion, 442nd Infantry Regiment, observes as U.S. soldiers make their way through a live-fire training course during Balikatan 2012, April 21, at Fort Magsaysay, Philippines. Both forces took turns through the live-fire course and shared tactics and techniques throughout the training day. Exercise Balikatan is an annual bilateral exercise designed to improve interoperability between the Philippine and U.S. forces.
