ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Hon. Lisa Gordon-Haggerty, National Nuclear Security Administration Administrator, listens to Lt. Col. Dale Caswell, commander, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, during a “Topping Out” celebration at the NNSA Albuquerque Complex, August 6. “This new NNSA state-of-the-art facility is an investment in the security of the nation. This facility is important in the critical support of infrastructure for the modernization of our nuclear programs,” said Caswell.” The celebration marked the placing of the final steel beam on the building. The facility is scheduled for completion in November 2020.
