ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Filemon Gallegos, project manager, USACE Albuquerque District for the National Nuclear Security Administration Albuquerque Complex, signs the beam prior to being placed. The event celebrated the emplacement of the last steel beam, a milestone in completing the structure. Coins from NNSA, SPA and Caddell Construction were glued to the beam. Lt. Col. Caswell, commander, Albuquerque District; Lisa Gordon-Haggerty, administrator, NNSA; Jeff Caddell, contractor for the project, and many other participants also had the opportunity to sign the beam.
