ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Steelworkers prepare to install the last steel beam as it is lifted into place during a “Topping Out” celebration at the National Nuclear Security Administration Albuquerque Complex, August 6. The event celebrated the emplacement of this last steel beam, a milestone in completing the structure. Lt. Col. Caswell, commander, Albuquerque District; Lisa Gordon-Haggerty, administrator, NNSA; Jeff Caddell, contractor for the project, and many other participants also had the opportunity to sign the beam prior to placement.
