Ian Porter, a flight surgeon at Naval Branch Health Clinic Jacksonville, conducts a flight physical with Naval Aircrewman (Operator) Airman Patrick Moore of Patrol Squadron Thirty (VP-30). Porter is a native of Gaithersburg, Maryland with a Doctor of Medicine degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine. “Flight surgeons play an integral role in the flight mission.
