U.S. Marine Pfc. Reducing driving under the influence is a priority for III Marine Expeditionary Force. In order to combat drinking and driving III MEF and Marine Corps Installations Pacific have instituted a variety of preventative programs including: The “Not One Drop" campaign outbound gate sobriety checks and “Liberty Buddy” requirements for junior Marines. U.S. Marines volunteered along with Okinawan locals to hand out pamphlets and good luck charms, as well as greet the people of Uruma City. Contreras is a native of Chicago, IL.
