Honored guests, Fort Lee leadership and first residents cut the ribbon on a house in Jefferson Terrace Oct. 2. The ribbon-cutting ceremony on this four-bedroom house commemorates completion of the $15.7 million project to construct 34 new homes in the Jefferson Terrace neighborhood. These homes replaced its 1950s-era homes that represented the only existing base-housing inventory built before the late 1990s.
