Hunt Housing’s Jason Frenz welcomes everyone to the ribbon cutting ceremony commemorating the completion of the $15.7 million project to construct 34 new homes in Fort Lee’s Jefferson Terrace neighborhood. These 34 new homes represent the success of the Fort Lee RCI partnership as all homes on the installation now were constructed since 1997. Of the 1506 existing homes, 778 were built by the partnership since its inception in 2007.
