Soldiers from various subordinate units under the 531st Hospital Center prepare equipment for movement from the Medical Material Readiness Program at Sierra Army Depot, California, during the United States Forces Command Medical Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise (EDRE), Oct. 23, 2019. During the EDRE, several detachments from Fort Campbell, Kentucky, including the 586th Field Hospital, the 175th Surgical Detachment, the 41st Medical Detachment and the 431st Intermediate Care Ward joined the 531st Hospital Center.
