Kimberlee Aiello, commander of the 44th Medical Brigade welcomes a Soldier from the 531st Medical Center at Amedee Army Airfield, California, during the United States Forces Command (FORSCOM) Medical Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise (EDRE), Oct. 23, 2019. FORSCOM called an EDRE on Oct. 18 to test the abilities of various medical units to alert, recall, and deploy under emergency conditions.
